Your island, and the Mural

Every island has a Mural on its page. Each city on the island can hang one card on it, and every card up there raises resource production for every city on the island, yours and your neighbours'.

• One card per city you have on the island, so three cities there means three cards.
• A card on the Mural is not in a deck, on a gallery wall or for sale. It does not wear while it is up.
• If you abandon a city, its card comes down and goes back to your collection.

Each card adds a share of base production, by its rarity: Standard 0.5%, Rare 1%, Epic 2%, Legendary 3%, Unique 6%. A worn card adds less, as its stats do.

The cards' own shares stop at 20%. A theme can add up to 5% more, so a full Mural is worth 25%.

It adds to what your Lumber Yard, refiners and research give, on every resource your cities dig.

• The steward is the player whose Town Halls on the island add up to the most. On a tie, it is whoever settled there first.
• The steward picks the theme: one artist, one minion type, one class or one keyword.
• Each card that matches adds 10% of its share for every matching card. Three matching Rares add 0.9% on top of their 3%.
• The theme can change once every 7 days, whoever the steward is. The Mural says when.

The theme pays everybody on the island, so it is worth agreeing on one. Use the Diplomat to talk to your neighbours.

You can take your own card down once a day on each island. Hanging a card is free and has no limit.
