Planning a build

Press Add to plan on a building you choose for an empty plot, or on a building's upgrade panel.
While your plan has a free slot, Add another level queues the next level of the same building.
When a crew is free and the city can pay, the first build in the plan starts on its own.
It is paid for when it starts, not when you plan it, so a plan keeps nothing safe from a raid.
Builds start in order. While the first one cannot start, the ones behind it wait.
Your plan is under the buildings on the city page, at the bottom of each city's card on My empire, and at the bottom of every building's upgrade panel. The first build says what it is waiting for.
A building with a planned build shows its place in the plan under its level, such as City Planner #2.
Each build shows how much of each resource the city still needs before it can start, counting the builds ahead of it.
Each build has arrows to move it up or down, and a button to take it out. You can also drag a build by the handle on its left, with a mouse or a finger.

Every city can plan one build ahead.
The planner pass adds one more in every city, for 200 platinum and 30 days. Buy or extend it on the Platinum page, which your balance in the menu bar opens.
Extending it adds 30 days to when it ends.
When it ends, builds you have already planned stay and start in turn.
