Trains Appraisers, who look at another player's city for you.

What it is

Train one Appraiser per level, once your empire has researched Appraisal. Send them from another player's city page.

They report the city's buildings, its storehouse and some of its defending deck, or find weak points in its wall before your raid.

It does not defend you. Warders at the Art Gallery do that.

Appraiser's Office costs 600 wood and takes 20 minutes to build.

You need a Curator's Office at level 1, and a Town Hall at level 6.

Every level after that costs about 35% more and takes about 40% longer than the one before, and stone is part of the price from level 5.
