Overgrown Gallery PvE encounters

Add Overgrown Galleries as computer-controlled encounters with increasing difficulty and progression. Give players a place to learn battle tactics, test their decks and bring home resources and gold.

Released in 0.10.0 and 0.12.0: raid Overgrown Gallery levels 1 to 4 for resources and gold, with recorded battles and replays. Since 0.16.0, losing at level 2 or deeper wears the cards destroyed in the match. Levels beyond 4 are still to be designed.
