Recycle unwanted card copies for mana

Let players recycle unwanted non-Unique copies for mana, with the payout based on rarity and condition. Show the payout before permanent removal and include a reduced return for Ruined copies.

Released in 0.4.0. You can recycle spare copies for mana at the Curator's Office, with filters and a full preview of the selection before you confirm.
